The team responsible for Regional Business Development and Planning for the DBS Wealth Management Group won a price for an innovative project. To celebrate this victory they wanted to create an experience where they can have fun and learn more about themselves and each other at the same time. This is the type of challenge Ember Associates love taking on.
We created DBS Fun Extravaganza, a full-day programme of fun, serious, and seriously fun exercises. This included
- Decision Workout, our signature poker-based introduction to decision making
- People Bingo, where they learned more about the rest of the team
- Trivia Pursuit, a game of knowledge, strategy and luck
“Thank you for the wonderful job for organising the Fun Extravaganza for us! My team members and I had so much fun and laughed to our hearts content. The activities though simple were refreshing and effective. Through the team building activities and quizzes, we managed to get to know each other better and bonded together as a team. I believe this would enhance communication and collaboration when we get back to the workplace. What I most enjoyed was The Poker Game! It simulated real life situations, and tested my ability to think on the spot, make decisions and manage resources. Once again, thank you Zsolt and Balazs for the great work!”
