Earlier this month we held our Charisma Camp for the Masters of Management participants at Singapore Management University. Our goal was to unlock the students' true potential in communicating confidently with passion and honesty.
To achieve this, we focused on two main areas, confidence and competence.
- By building core confidence one will feel comfortable and confident outside of her comfort zone, where we believe magic happens.
- By communicating better through telling stories that captivate the listeners, one will project competence.
